Please Note: The visitor id Cloud Sync API v1 will be deprecated on the end of 9th of February 2020. The mobile app will also be removed from the app stores and will be replaced with a new version.
Please Note: visitor id now only supports Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP3 and above. We recommend upgrading to Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP3 as soon as possible and changing the visitor id database version to 2012 in SQL Server Management Studio.

Please note: There is a new version of the visitor id Mobile App that is a requirement of this version. Please upgrade using your device’s app store.
Please Note: All Visitors need to be Signed-Out prior to applying this upgrade.
Please Note: If using the ‘Security Question’ Kiosk Security Feature, all visitor’s Answers to their Security Question will be deleted as part of this upgrade. Visitors will need to re-choose their Security Question and Answer during their next Sign-In.
