This article describes how to upgrade the visitor id Communicator client on workstation client PC’s after the master PC has been upgraded.
- Run visitor id on the master PC.
- Click ‘File > Generate Setups > Communicator Client’.
- Click the ‘Generate’ button. This will generate two (2) files that are required to install/upgrade visitor id Communicator on a Communicator Workstation PC.
- Choose a location where you want to save the generated files to, for example a USB or network location.
- Wait for the generation to complete.
- Copy the generated Communicator install/upgrade files to the Communicator Workstation PC.
- Run the ‘visitoridCommunicatorSetup.exe’ installer/upgrade on the Communicator Workstation PC.
- Follow the prompts and complete the installation or upgrade.
- Run visitor id Communicator on the Communicator Workstation PC.
- Congratulations, the visitor id Communicator install/upgrade is now complete.
