Problem
visitor id is unable to get more than 1,000 records per OU Path in Active Directory.
Cause
The LDAP Policy in Active Directory has a setting called ‘MaxPageSize’ that has a default value of 1,000 records.
Solution
The LDAP Policy ‘MaxPageSize’ setting value needs to be increased to allow for more results to be returned from LDAP queries. This can be done using the ‘ntdsutil.exe’ program in Windows Server.
