What support is included in the subscription?
All subscriptions come with unlimited email, live chat, phone and remote support for the first 30 day trial/setup phase (during business hours only).
The Basic subscription covers email and live chat support for bug fixes and help with product upgrades.
The Professional and Enterprise subscriptions cover email, live chat, phone and remote support for including bug fixes and help with product upgrades.
Any support provided outside of the aforementioned conditions is charged at £20 ex VAT per 15 minutes. Support requests must be booked in at least 2 days in advance with the visitor id Support Team. Payment can be made up front (which will receive a 10% discount) or on payment terms with a valid purchase order. Examples of outside of scope support: server migrations, database migrations and user training.
